If you are feeling overwhelmed and unable to keep safe, please contact Campus Security Division (CSD) at 6790 5200. For more serious cases, call the Police at 999.

❤️‍🩹 Are you facing a medical or mental health crisis that doesn’t require immediate attention?

For non-urgent medical or mental health issues,

  • Contact our Student Care Manager (SCM) at soh-care@ntu.edu.sg.
  • If SCM is not able to render the support required and need additional assistance, you may also reach out to University Wellbeing Office (UWO) at uwo-incidentsupport@ntu.edu.sg.

😠 Have you been a victim of discrimination, harassment, or a criminal offense?

If you have experienced discrimination, harassment, or a crime;

  • Visit NTU Whistle Blower site and navigate to ‘How to make a report’ to write in officially.
  • Campus Security Division (CSD) 6790 5200 can also be informed should the person be in danger or feels unsafe.
  • Our Student Care Manager (SCM), soh-care@ntu.edu.sg, can also provide support or guidance through the process. Feel free to reach out for assistance.
